WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As an IT Delivery Lead at JYSK, you drive successful delivery across iterations and ensure the team can achieve its PI (Program Increment) commitments. You create clarity and focus by strengthening agile ways of working, ensuring transparent data, and removing obstacles that block progress. With a strong delivery mindset, you coordinate dependencies across teams, foster predictable and disciplined execution, and enable fact‑based decisions. Your leadership helps secure flow, stability, and business value -building a healthy, well-functioning, and high-performing team.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Drive planning and coordination to secure steady progress and strong delivery outcomes
• Remove obstacles and enable the team to reach its goals with confidence
• Lead and facilitate agile events that strengthen flow, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Indirect leadership and coaching of the team in agile methods and principles to ensure high‑quality deliveries
• Foster change management through open communication, collaboration, and proactive handling of risks, dependencies, and issues
• Partner closely with Product Owners, IT Delivery Managers, Line Managers, and stakeholders across JYSK and ARTs
• Drive and implement IT delivery initiatives together with key stakeholders to improve ways of working

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in driving digital deliveries to meet objective, quality and timeline, either from a role within IT project management/Scrum Master or software development.
• Has strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to team motivation and engagement
• Works in a pragmatic, structured, goal-oriented way and adapts easily to changing priorities
• Communicates clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders
• Has strong problem-solving abilities, challenges constructively and proactively Removes blockers to team progress
• Have experience with facilitating agile events and workshops effectively
• Is experienced in agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe
